Welcome to Revolution Talent Agency, my name is Larry and I am the agency owner and webmaster. We are dedicated to serving the modeling industry with only the best and most professional models we can find. We serve our customers by providing them with professional models at the industry's lowest price. We serve our models/talent by finding them paid assignments and never charging them a fee. I will work with them to provide them high quality digital images at no charge to fill their portfolio. Why spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on a portfolio when you can get it here for free. My plan is to start in the states around Pa, then move to the states east of the Mississippi, then the rest of the U.S. before spreading our reputation internationally. The Customers
Our customers are respected individuals and agencies in the Modeling, Entertainment, Advertising, and Trade Show industries. They come to us looking for professional models. We will provide them with professional models at the cut rate cost of $30/model/day as an introductory offer. This is the agency fee, it does not include the model's/talent's salary. The model(s)/talent will be compensated at the regular price of each casting plus the $30 agency fee. We hope this will bring us many customers as well as increase the salaries of our models/talent. Our Clients
Our talent is comprised of photographers, models, actors, comedians, dancers, and other performers. To be listed on our website all you need is an application and a photograph that you can e-mail me or a link to a photo that can be used on your specific page. I don't have a scanner right now, so I can't scan headshots. Digital images are the best and most versatile images to use but any headshot that can be e-mailed to me will do. All our assignments are paid and our photographers will be informed not to charge agency models for portfolios. Our talent is the heart of our company and we are dedicated to keeping them working. Photgrapher/Scout
Our photographers are also scouts. They are responsible for finding our talent. Any photgrapher/scout who brings 25 or more models/talent acts to the agency then qualifies for the position of Agent.

Agents
Our agents are hard working individuals who represent and encourage our models/talent. We don't do the contract thing here at Revolution Talent Agency, so our models, photographers, or agents are free to grow and expand at will. We encourage our staff to stay part of our family, but we will not hinder their progress in any way. Our agents must maintain the highest professional standards and support their models/talent. The agents are responsible for keeping the models/talent working. We only accept agents who are willing to work hard for our clients.

To this end we work with a few select model management agencies where we can draw professional talent to fill all the needs of our Customers and keep our clients working.

Conclusion
Pay in my agency is incentive based for anyone but my talent. If you are a photographer/scout, or want to be one of my agents and will work to that ends, your bottom line must not be personal profit. My bottom line in this company is to find my models work and keep them working. The pay scale is incentive based for photographer/scouts to want to be agents and for agents and myself to starve to death if our talent is not working. The level of commitment that I demand from my upper echelon may seem to be extreme for the pay offered, but I am looking for long term associates who are committed to the success of my talent. I will be working with every part of my agency to make it successful. If you are a part of Revolution Talent Agency, you work with me, not for me.
